“I’m sorry sir, its the best we could do… she just couldn’t take it… i’m sorry…”
“We are very sorry for what has happened, but you just couldn’t make it, you failed by a tiny bit….”
“We apologise for the incident, it was all an accident, we are very sorry that you lost a leg…”
We all have heard many news like these, and when we hearĀ  these kind of news, we get into a big shock, we get very upset about it.

These incidents may be very heartbreaking and many of those who have heard of these can’t get over it very quickly. But why? Its because, all these news are very personal, it has either happened to us or to our close loved ones and we tend to feel very hurt. Some may even feel guilty that the incident might have happened because of him or her. Its all because of your mind and your heart.
These news are heartbreaking, and some can’t get over it. Which in turn, leads to other problems. A person who can’t get over a death of a loved one, would keep on blaming themselves for what had happened, they would not eat nor drink and they would keep on crying and thinking about the deceased. Soon the person would/might get depression as they can’t get over it, its embedded deeply in his or her mind. People who get hurt easily by these negative news are very sensitive and a small comment may just trigger their emotions.

Thats why it is very necessary to protect yourself from these negative news and don’t get too emotional with it. If you know anyone suffering from getting over these news, try your best to help them, that is the point of time when they need the support of their friends and family members. It helps to prevent you from abusing and confusingĀ  your subconsious mind.
